TOP 10 THINGS TO DO OVER BREAK:

1. Relax: Do nothing for once!
2. Spend time with family and friends.
3. Watch TV and/or movies.
4. Exercise: There is no better way to omit stress!
5. Go Shopping: Dont forget about the day after Thanksgiving Day sales!
6. Get ahead on your homework; utilize the extra time now.
7. Pray: So many of us say "we're too busy;" no excuses now with 10 days off.
8. Volunteer: Many soup kitchens and churches need your time and donations this time of year. Check out your local newspaper or church bulletin for ads.
9. Eat some healthy home cooked food!
10. Get your 8 hours of sleep every night.
